Mr. Muhammad Shuaib

Company Secretary

Mr. Muhammad Shuaib is Company Secretary of PIACL since January 13, 2017. Besides first class first MBA, he holds an LLB degree. He is a Certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. He participated in various conferences, and workshops held in Pakistan and abroad. During 2008 to 2012, Mr. Shuaib had served as Corporate Secretary of PIAC – the statutory corporation that existed under PIAC Act. As General Manager, he has headed various Divisions in PIA including Industrial Relations, HR Management, Economic Planning, Food Services, and HR Projects. Mr Shuaib had also served as Chairman of Institute of PIA Planetaria. Voluntarily, he served as President PIA Cricket Academy, elected International Commissioner Pakistan Boy Scouts Association and Provincial Commissioner of PIA Boy Scouts Association of which, he is currently the Patron. Mr Shuaib is Member of CSR Committee, and Secretary of Board Audit Committee; Finance Committee; Procurement Committee as well as COE Committee. He is also ex-officio Secretary of Council of Chiefs.

Mr. Jawed Mansha

Acting Internal Auditor

Mr. Jawed Mansha is Acting Internal Auditor. Mr. Mansha is Fellow Member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. Additionally, he has Masters Degree in Commerce as well as in Economics. He is a Certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG). Mr. Mansha has a professional experience of more than 24 years in Finance, Safety, Corporate Affairs and Internal Audit. He remained member of Task Force established by the Ministry of Finance for the development of code of corporate governance for Public Sector Companies. He has represented ICMAP & PIA at various International forums and conferences. He has served as Member of National Council of ICMAP & Chairman of Joint Committee of ICMAP & ICAP. Recently, World Bank has nominated Mr. Mansha as contributor for the World Bank Benchmarking Public Procurement Project 2016 in Pakistan.
